To ensure your feature in Urban Executive Magazine is presented in the best possible light, please adhere to the following photo guidelines:

Male Photographer

  • Format: Submit photos in JPEG or PNG format.

  • Size: Each photo should be at least 1200 pixels on the shortest side.

  • Candid Shots: Provide 1-2 candid photos that capture your personality and coaching style.

  • Environmental Portraits: Submit 1-2 photos of you in your coaching environment, such as your office, studio, or a relevant setting.

  • Focus: Ensure the subject (you) is in sharp focus and well-lit.

  • Background: Use a clean, uncluttered background for headshots. For action and environmental portraits, make sure the background is relevant and enhances the subject.

  • Framing: Leave enough space around the subject for cropping if needed. Headshots should include the head and shoulders.

4. Lighting and Color

  • Natural Light: Use natural light where possible. Avoid harsh shadows or overly bright highlights.

  • Artificial Light: If using artificial light, ensure it is soft and diffused.

  • Color Balance: Photos should have natural color balance without excessive editing or filters.
